This Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of “personal information” by YOUnite, Inc. through the websites that we operate. And it also explains our commitment to you with respect to our use, processing, transfer and disclosure of non personal browsing and site usage data. “Non personal browsing and site usage data” refers to information that YOUnite, Inc. may collect indirectly and automatically about your activities while visiting the websites and using the services through tools such as Google Analytics. The type of information that we may collect focuses on general information such as country or city where you are located (not intentionally fine-grained location information), pages visited, heat-map of visitors’ activity on the site, information about the browser you are using, etc.

Personal Information We May Collect
YOUnite, Inc. asks you for personal information that enables us to provide the services you wish to use, including downloading and installing the software, subscribing to the service, and configuring the software to connect with individuals or businesses. This personal information may include your email addresses, your name, your work or home address, your telephone number and any other information that defines your personal attributes.
YOUnite Inc. may collect information about your interactions with our services and our websites, including the date and time you submit your registration for our services as well as other administrative information that helps YOUnite Inc. prevent people from misusing our system.

YOUnite Inc. may use the collected information for the following general purposes:

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our websites.
YOUnite Inc. may engage third parties to perform analysis or data processing of our databases that involves access to your personal information in order to better provide you with the services for which you joined. If YOUnite Inc. does so, it will ensure that such parties are contractually required to keep your personal information confidential and not to use it in any way other than is necessary to perform their work for YOUnite Inc.
If you register with YOUnite Inc., you give YOUnite Inc. permission to use the information we have told you we collect here, for the purposes we have stated here, according to the options you indicate through the YOUnite Inc. emails and on our websites.We may use the personal information you provide to us as part of your selection of one of our licenses or tools to provide you the RDF, html and the uniform resource locator that correspond to the license or tool you selected. We may use all of this information to maintain license and tools usage data.
We may use the personal information you provide to us when you send us emails or sign up to receive updates from YOUnite, Inc. in order to respond to your request – for example, to reply to your email or to send you communications about YOUnite, Inc. news and campaigns.
When you subscribe to updates from us, your email address may be sent to and stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) database hosted on servers that can only be accessed by YOUnite, Inc. staff and contractors.
If you sign up for an event hosted or supported by YOUnite, Inc., we may share your personal information with vendors and third party contractors solely for the purpose of organizing and running the event. Additionally, if you sign up to participate in a YOUnite, Inc. sponsored event you may be asked to enter your name, address, and account information in connection with your payment for attendance. You affirmatively consent and agree that YOUnite, Inc. may use and process your information in connection with your attendance with any such third party payment processors for purposes of processing your payment. Your information is subject to the privacy policies of such third party websites, and you affirmatively consent to the transfer of your information to those websites and service providers. YOUnite, Inc. is not be responsible for their handling, processing and use of your information.
Personal Information we disclose or share
In general, it is not YOUnite Inc.’s practice to disclose personal information to third parties other than as made available on the services. Except as otherwise set forth herein, we may share your personal information in the following instances:
YOUnite, Inc. may share personal information with our contractors and service providers in order to maintain, enhance, or add to the functionality of the services, to organize and run an event you signed up to attend.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) take action regarding suspected illegal activities; (b) enforce or apply our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy; (c) comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order; (d) in connection with, and during negotiations of, any sale of the company or its assets, or merger, or financing or acquisition of all or a a fraction of our business to another company; (e) address legitimate interests pursued by YOUnite, Inc or by a third party and ensure our compliance with applicable laws.
We may transfer your personal information to YOUnite, Inc. affiliates and third parties such as consultants, resellers, and integrators that provide products or services to us. When personal information is directly transferred to one of those third parties who may not be in a jurisdiction that provides an equivalent level of protection as your jurisdiction, we will exercise appropriate due diligence in the selection of such recipients, and require that these recipients maintain adequate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the personal information and process the personal information only as instructed by us and for no other purposes.

If you have entered this information in error or if you wish to have these details permanently removed from our database, please e-mail YOUnite, Inc. at Legal@YOUnite.us with your request, which should include the name and e-mail address you registered with. We will promptly change or remove your entry from our database per your request.

Children
